摘　　要：二氧化碳大规模脱除与利用技术在实现碳中和目标进程中将承担20%~25%的减排贡献率。许多国家开展了二氧化碳脱除与利用技术的研究和实践,不同技术的二氧化碳储存持久性有很大差异,减排收益不同。从现在到2050年,二氧化碳制化学品和混凝土建材、提高原油采收率等技术具有较好的技术经济前景,可最早实现商业化发展、经济效益最好的是二氧化碳提高原油采收率。建议在时序、行业、区域三个维度上统筹中国二氧化碳的集成优化利用;尽快健全二氧化碳脱除与利用的行业规范、量化核查技术标准和基础设施建设运营标准;推进碳捕集利用与封存技术研发和示范工程部署;加强二氧化碳化学利用技术研发。Large-scale CO_(2) removal and utilization technologies will be responsible for 20%~25%of the emission reduction in the process of achieving carbon neutrality targets.Many countries have conducted research and practice on CO_(2) removal and utilization technologies,and the persistence of CO_(2) storage varies greatly from one technology to another,with different emission reduction benefits.From now to 2050,technologies such as CO_(2) for chemicals and concrete building materials and enhanced crude oil recovery have good techno-economic prospects,and the earliest commercial development and the best economic benefits can be achieved is CO_(2) for enhanced crude oil recovery.It is suggested that we should coordinate the integrated and optimized utilization of China’s CO_(2) in time sequence,industry and region;improve the industry specification,quantitative verification technical standards and infrastructure construction and operation standards for CO_(2) removal and utilization as soon as possible;promote the research and development of carbon capture,utilization and storage technology and the deployment of demonstration projects;strengthen the research and development of CO_(2) chemical utilization technology.
