摘 要:面对师范类认证和教学诊断改进当下两大背景,幼师高专院校如何将两者有机结合,构建具有幼师特色适应两大背景的人才培养方案是当前幼师高专院校急需解决的问题。基于上述背景,该文对幼师高专院校制定专业人才培养方案进行了探析,主要包括:认证诊改有机结合,体现专业培养特色;贯彻师范认证理念,彰显师范教育优势;基于认证诊改标准,准确定位培养目标;以诊改认证标准为要求,反向设计课程体系;科学制定毕业要求,建立目标课程对应矩阵;对接技能等级证书,促进“1+X”课证融通;构建人才质量保证体系,持续提升人才质量。Facing current two backgrounds of teacher Professional certification and diagnosis and reform,How to combine the two organically in Preschool teachers colleges.It is an urgent problem to construct a talent training program with the characteristics of preschool teachers to adapt to the two backgrounds.With that in mind,This paper probes into the development of professional talent training programs in preschool teachers'colleges.Mainly includes,Organic combination of teacher Professional certification and diagnosis and reform,Reflect the characteristics of professional training;Implement the concept of Professional certification,Highlight the advantages of teacher education;Based on certified diagnosis and reform standards,Accurate orientation of training objectives;Graduation requirements for scientific design,Establish the target course correspondence matrix;Certificate of docking skill level,Promote the integration of 1+X courses and certificates;Build a talent quality assurance system,Continuously improve the quality of talents.
