摘 要:为了提高高填方涵洞EPS板减荷监控效率,保证减荷效果,减少对土压力盒量测的依赖,通过室内压缩试验与现场减荷试验,在对EPS板应力应变关系曲线进行分段公式拟合的基础上,提出了在减荷过程中仅监控EPS板的变形量,将换算的应变量代入拟合公式,反算得到EPS板的应力值,再将其视为与涵顶垂直土压力等效,并与土柱压力进行比较,得到土压力系数,依此评估减荷效果。试验结果表明:由测量所得EPS板变形量反算的应力值与涵顶垂直土压力变化规律基本一致,从而验证了减荷中量测EPS板变形值的监控方法可行可靠,而且快速便捷;垂直土压力系数最终值均为0.48,高填方涵洞铺设EPS板后减荷效果明显。这为EPS板的减荷工程应用提供了新的监控思路。In order to improve the monitoring efficiency of EPS plate load reduction of high-filling culvert,ensure the effect of load reduction,reduce the dependence on the measurement of earth pressure box.Through indoor compression test and on-site load reduction test,based on the segmental formula fitting of the stress-strain relationship of EPS plate,it is proposed that only the deformation of EPS plate should be monitored in the process of load reduction.and the converted strain is substituted into the fitting formula,stress values of EPS plate is obtained,which is then regarded as equivalent to the vertical earth pressure on top of culvert,and compared with pressure of the earth column,earth pressure coefficient is obtained,and load reduction effect is evaluated accordingly.The test results show that the stress value back-calculated from the measured deformation of EPS plate is basically consistent with vertical earth pressure on top of culvert,and the final value of vertical earth pressure coefficient is 0.48;this shows that the monitoring method for measuring the deformation of EPS plate is feasible reliable and convenient,the load reduction effect is obvious after the EPS board is laid on the high-filling culvert.This provides a new monitoring idea for the load reduction application of EPS plate.
