摘　　要：马克思的基本原理之一--“人的全面发展理论”认为,只有道德教育与智力教育同步提升,才能推动人才的全面发展。新时代背景下的课程思政理念体现了“人的全面发展理论”在实践中的运用和发展。据此,大学英语课程思政建设势在必行。大学英语的人文性和工具性为大学英语课程思政的实施提供了可能性和优势。大学英语课程思政在实施过程中不可避免地会出现一些误区。针对这些问题,大学英语课程思政教学应在创新思路的基础上进行改革,以确保“立德树人”目标的达成。One of Marx's basic principles-"people's all-round development theory"holds that only the synchronous improvement of moral education and intellectual education can promote the all-round development of talents.The curriculum ideological and political concept under the background of the new era reflects the application and development of"people all-round development theory"in practice.Therefore,Curriculum Thought and Politics of College English course is imperative.The humanistic and instrumental nature of College English provides possibilities and advantages for the implementation of ideological and political education in College English curriculum.There will inevitably be some misunderstandings in the implementation of College English curriculum.In view of these problems,Curriculum Thought and Politics of College English course should be reformed on the basis of innovative ideas to ensure the achievement of the goal of"building morality and cultivating people".
