应用型本科院校专业教学质量标准的研制与思考

摘　　要：通过对应用型本科院校专业教学质量标准的内涵、构建理念和构建原则进行剖析,提出“以学生为中心”构建应用型本科院校专业教学质量标准。对专业教学质量标准制定中的若干问题进行思考,从细化国标的“质量点”和改进国标的“努力方向”;确立“以素质提升和能力培养为主”的专业培养目标;构建知识课程体系标准;建立持续改进的专业教学质量保障机制等方面对专业教学质量标准的研制提出了建议。Connotations,construction concepts and principles of the undergraduate applied specialty teaching quality standards were analyzed with“student-centered”specialty teaching quality standards for applied colleges and universities proposed.With a number of issues in the formulation of the specialty teaching quality standards considered,such suggestions as refining the“quality points”and improving the“effort direction”of the national standards,establishing specialty training goals focusing on quality improvement and ability training,constructing knowledge curriculum system standards,and establishing continuous improving assurance mechanism of specialty teaching quality were put.
