摘  要:基于电力电子变压器的列车牵引传动系统中,双有源桥DC/DC变换器的组成结构复杂且运行环境较为恶劣,极易发生故障。文章针对DAB中IGBT模块不同的开路故障情况,通过建立DAB动态数学模型,对实测的电流值与估计值的状态残差进行了分析,研究了基于电感电流的双有源桥DC/DC变换器开路故障诊断及定位方法,并基于MATLAB/Simulink搭建了仿真模型进行验证。仿真结果表明,该方法诊断快速,结果精确,可快速确定故障位置。In the train traction drive system based on power electronic transformer,the composition of double active bridge DC/DC converter is complex and the operation environment is relatively poor,which is prone to failure.Aiming at the different open-circuit faults of IGBT modules in DAB,the dynamic mathematical model of DAB is established,and the state residual between the measured current value and the estimated value is analyzed.The open-circuit fault diagnosis and location method of dual active bridge DC/DC converter based on inductor current is studied,and the simulation model is built based on MATLAB/Simulink to verify.The simulation results show that the method is fast,accurate and can quickly locate the fault location.
