摘 要:运用MMEM模型和核心风险分析方法构建航空公司维修部门安全性能指标体系,建立维修误差、飞机状况、安全基础和安全管理4类安全性能指标。为了考虑主客观权重的不同影响,建立基于主客观组合权重法的航空公司维修部门安全性能综合评价模型。分别采用层次分析法和熵权法计算指标的主观权重和客观权重,采用优化理论计算指标的组合权重。以九元航空有限公司维修部门2015—2020年的数据为例进行应用,并对评价结果进行分析。结果表明,所提出的安全性能评价模型能够定量反映维修部门的安全状态,评价结果是合理的。The MMEM model and core risk analysis method were used to construct the safety performance index system of airline maintenance department,and four types of safety performance indexes were established,including maintenance error,aircraft condition,safety basis and safety management.In order to consider the different effects of subjective and objective weights,a comprehensive safety performance evaluation model of airline maintenance department based on the combined subjective and objective weight method was established.AHP and entropy weight method were used to calculate the subjective weight and objective weight of the index,and optimization theory was used to calculate the combined weight of the index.Taking the data of a maintenance department of 9 Air airline company from 2015 to 2020 as an example,the application was carried out,and the evaluation results were analyzed.The results show that the proposed safety performance evaluation model can quantitatively reflect the safety state of the maintenance department,and the evaluation results are reasonable.
