摘  要:针对回焊炉炉温曲线、温区温度和过炉速度的控制问题,该文建立了以热对流条件为边界条件的热传导模型,利用有限差分法对热传导模型求解,得到了回焊炉中小温区间隙的温度分布和一定条件下的炉温曲线,并对模型进行了鲁棒性和灵敏度检验。同时该文将热传导模型与最优化问题结合起来,分别建立了单目标和多目标优化模型,利用遍历与粒子群算法对优化模型求解,得到不同约束条件下各温区温度和过炉速度的最优解,以此来控制给定条件下的炉温曲线。In this paper,a thermal conduction model with thermal convection as boundary condition is established to control the furnace temperature curve,the temperature of the temperature zone,and the furnace passing speed of reflow furnace.The finite difference method is utilized to address the thermal conduction model,which simultaneously obtains the temperature distribution of the gap in the temperature zone of the reflow furnace and the furnace temperature curve under certain conditions.Also,the robustness and sensitivity of the model are tested.At the same time,this paper discusses the application of the thermal conduction model in some optimization problems,as a result the single objective and multi-objective optimization models are established.Traversal algorithm and particle swarm optimization are employed to solve the single objective and multi-objective optimization models,respectively.Therefore,the optimal solutions of the temperature and furnace passing speed under different constraints are obtained,so as to control the furnace temperature curve under given conditions.
