摘 要:设计了一款可以模拟过程对象的实时仿真系统,为基于可编程控制器(PLC)的过程控制系统提供实质等效的被控对象。该系统主要由数字仿真核及其外设、工业标准信号接口和人机接口模块构成。利用dsPIC33数字控制器对描述动态对象的差分描述方程进行高速迭代,并使用低成本控制器外设实现隔离式电压变送、4~20mA电流变送、高速和低速的数字I/O和支持MODBUS协议的串行通信,可以实现在环仿真系统与PLC的直连,以及向实际过程控制系统的设计迁移。最后,在系统中实现了经典双容水箱实时仿真及其与S7-200控制器的互动,实现了单变量的闭环控制,验证了硬件在环仿真系统的迭代运算精度与闭环控制效果。A real-time simulation system that can simulate process objects is designed to provide substantially equivalent controlled objects for process control systems based on programmable logic controller(PLC). The system is mainly composed of digital simulation core and its peripherals, industry standard signal interface and man-machine interface module. The ds PIC33 digital controller is used to perform high-speed iterations on the differential description equations describing dynamic objects, and the low-cost controller peripherals are used to implement the isolated voltage transmission, 4~20 mA current transmission, high-speed and low-speed digital I/O. Meanwhile, the serial communication using MODBUS protocol is supported in this system, which can realize the direct connection between the in-loop simulation system and the PLC, as well as the design migration to the actual process control system. Finally, the real-time simulation of the classic double-capacity water tank and its interaction with the S7-200 controller are realized in the system, the closed-loop control of single variable is realized, and the iterative calculation accuracy and closed-loop control effect of the hardware-in-the-loop simulation system are verified.
