摘  要:种群增长模型是一类在生物、医学、农业、林业和渔业等领域广泛应用的生物数学模型。在本科理论教学及实验的相关环节,一般只重点关注Logistic种群增长模型及相关参数的意义,而忽略了该模型只是Richards模型的一个特例。该文利用Logistic和Richards模型拟合在未更换培养液和每周更换培养液两种条件下培养的浮萍(Spirodela polyrrhiza)的种群增长曲线,并在此基础上计算了浮萍种群生长特征参数,为全面理解浮萍种群增长并推测可能的限制因素提供了可能,对本科生教学和生产实践具有指导意义。Population growth models that are kinds of biological mathematical models are widely used in the fields of biology, medicine, agriculture, forestry and fishery. In the relevant links of undergraduate theoretical teaching and experiments, the Logistic population growth model and the significance of its parameters have been focused on,ignoring the fact that the Logistic model is only a special case of Richards model. In this paper, we used both Logistic and Richards models to fit the population growth curve of Spirodela polyrrhiza cultured under two conditions(no replacement and weekly replacement of culture medium), and further calculated and compared the growth characteristic parameters of these two models. This paper provides an empirical support for understanding the population growth of Spirodela polyrrhiza and predicting the limiting factors of population growth. Therefore,it has important guiding significance for undergraduate teaching and production practice.
