摘　　要：为应对新冠肺炎疫情发生后高校采购工作面临的困难,如市场供应短缺、需求不确定性强、法律法规不健全、采购力量薄弱等,通过完善组织机构、健全制度预案、强化管控监督、优化物资预储等措施,较好地完成抗击新冠疫情应急采购任务。在此基础上总结提出高校应急采购工作体系建设的总体目标、基本原则和具体对策措施。In order to cope with the difficulties faced by the procurement of colleges and universities after the outbreak of COVID-19, such as the shortage of market supply, uncertainty of demand, imperfect laws and regulations,weak purchasing power, and so on, the emergency procurement task of resisting COVID-19 is completed by improving the organization, perfecting the system plan, strengthening the control and supervision, and optimizing the material reserve. On this basis, the overall objectives, basic principles and specific countermeasures of the construction of the university emergency procurement system are summarized.
