摘 要:和谐的导生关系是确保研究生教育质量的关键。本文基于345名在校研究生的问卷调查数据,通过构建混合logit模型识别出了影响导生关系的因素,并引入边际效应量化了各因素对导生关系的影响。结果表明:导师布置的科研任务过少、强迫学生做科研无关事情、与导师形成雇佣关系等均会增加导生冲突凤险,而组会交流、女性研究生及导生沟通均有利于和谐导生关系的形成。研究结果有助于进一步掌握导生冲突机理及制定相关的应对策略。A harmonious supervisor-postgraduate relationship is the key to ensure the quality of education for postgraduates.In this study,factors affecting the supervisor-postgraduate relationship were identified by developing a mixed logit model,and their impacts were quantified by introducing the marginal effects based on questionnaire survey data of 345 postgraduates.Results indicate that the following factors increased the risk of supervisor-postgraduate conflicts:too little scientific research from the supervisor,forcing postgraduates to do things unrelated with research,employeeship between the supervisor and postgraduate,etc.The following factors contributed to the harmonious supervisor-postgraduate relationship:research team meeting,female postgraduates and communication with the supervisor.Results from this study are beneficial to further understand the mechanism ofsupervisor-postgraduate conflicts and develop corresponding countermeasures.
