摘　　要：近几年,受新冠疫情影响,全球交往受到严重影响,相关非预算下运营成本的大幅支出导致部分行业需求滞缓甚至严重萎缩,这些变化使部分行业的运营成本进一步上升,更加严重影响实体行业的运营乃至整体经济的发展。基于此背景,本文运用先进的供应链理论并辅以先进的博弈理论对当今部分制造业的运营成本进行深刻论述和剖析,并得出了高端供应链人才创新的供应链横向一体化联合采购战略,在达到纳什均衡和帕累托最优条件时,能大大降低部分制造业的采购绩效成本,也为供应链横向一体化收益分配不公的疑虑提供了解决方案。Affected by the outbreak of the pandemic in recent years,the global communication is affected by the serious,the relevant operating costs under the budget spending sharply,leading to some industries demand sluggish even severe contraction,these changes make some industries operating costs rise further,and more seriously affect solid business and the development of the economy as a whole.Based on this background,this paper uses advanced supply chain theory and advanced game theory to deeply discuss and analyze the operating cost of some manufacturing industries today,and comes to the following conclusions:When the Nash equilibrium and Pareto optimal conditions are reached,the horizontal integration and joint procurement strategy of high-end supply chain talents innovation can greatly reduce the procurement performance cost of some manufacturing industries,and also provide a solution to the doubt of unfair distribution of benefits from horizontal integration of supply chain.
