摘　　要：旅游业的蓬勃发展增加了社会对旅游类专业人才的需求,但地方高校旅游类专业的人才培养与社会的旅游人才需求存在着供需脱节的结构性矛盾。本文以晋中学院为例,探讨"多元培养、四维融合、五位一体、多方协同"的旅游类专业人才培养模式,从行业及企业发展的需要、地方经济的发展需要、学生的实际需要等出发,为旅游类专业学生设计多元化的培养路径。The booming development of tourism has increased the social demand for tourism professionals,but there is a structural contradiction between the training of tourism professionals in local universities and the social demand for tourism talents.Taking Jinzhong University as an example,this paper discusses the training mode of"multicultivation,four-dimensional integration,integration of five aspects and multi-cooperation"for tourism professional talents,and designs diversified training paths for tourism professional students from the needs of industry and enterprise development,local economic development and actual needs of students.
