摘　　要：为筛选提高烤烟产质量的最佳水肥耦合效应处理组合,该试验以烤烟品系“JY-02-03”为试材,进行不同施肥与灌溉组合对烤烟产质量的影响试验。结果表明:在烟叶经济性状、光合速率、叶绿素含量、化学成分及物理特性上,有机肥窝施水平优于基施水平,而在中性香气物质总量上,有机肥基施水平优于有机肥窝施水平;在所测全部指标上,遇旱注水水平均优于遇旱限量沟灌水平和自然降水水平。有机肥窝施和遇旱注水组合处理的产量、上等烟比例、光合速率、叶绿素含量和中性香气物质总量均最高,且烟叶内在化学成分最协调、可用性较好。综合考虑,有机肥窝施(250.5 kg/hm^(2))和遇旱注水(54.5 m^(3)/hm^(2))组合处理的烟叶产量和质量表现最优。To select optimal coupling effectgroup of water and fertilizer for improving the yield and quality of flue-cured tobacco,the flue-cured tobacco line"JY-02-03"was used as the test material to investigate the combination effects of different fertilization and irrigation on the yield and quality of flue-cured tobacco.The results showed that the economic traits,photosynthetic rate,chlorophyll content,chemical composition and physical characteristics of tobacco leaves were better in organic fertilizer application than those in basal application whereas the content of total neutral aroma substances was higher in basal application than that in organic fertilizer application.Compared with droughtfurrow irrigation and natural precipitation,all investigated indexes were better in drought water injection.Among the combination groups,the yield,proportion of superior tobacco,photosynthetic rate,chlorophyll content,and total amount of neutral aroma substances were highest in combination group of drought water injection and organic fertilizer application,and the most coordinated and available of the chemical composition in tobacco leaves was also found in this combination group.In summary,combination treatment of organic fertilizer application(250.5 kg/hm^(2))and drought water injection(54.5 m^(3)/hm^(2))were beneficial for improvement of yield and quality of tobacco leaves.
