118例低分子肝素钙联合阿加曲班应用于急性脑梗死(ACI)抗凝治疗分析

摘　　要：目的观察分析急性脑梗死(ACI)抗凝治疗中低分子肝素钙联合阿加曲班治疗方案的临床应用效果。方法总计118例病例,采用计算机随机建档法进行分组。对照组使用低分子肝素钙治疗,观察组联合阿加曲班治疗,对比两组临床效果及对预后的影响。结果治疗后,两组患者各项指标均有明显改善,相比于对照组,观察组NIHSS评分较低,BI评分较高,EPCs、NO、NOS水平较高,血液黏稠度较低(P<0.05)。结论ACI抗凝治疗时选择低分子肝素钙联合阿加曲班方案总体效果良好,应用价值显著.Objective To ohseire and analyze the clinical effect of anticoagulation with low molerular weight heparin calcium with argatrohan in the treatment of acute cerebral infarction(ACI).Methods A total of 118 rases were divided into groups by computer random filing method.The control group was treated with low molecular weight heparin ralrium.and the observation group was treated with argatrohan.The clinical effects and prognosis of the Iwo groups were compared.Results After treatment,all indexes of the two groups were significantly improved.Compared with the control group,the NIHSS score of the obsenation group was lower,the Bi score was higher,the levels of EPCs,no and NOS were higher,and the blood viscosity was lower(P>0.05).Conclusion Low molecular weight heparin ralrium romhined with argatrohan has a good overall effect and significant application value in anticoagulant therapy of ACI.
