TADs联合Bite Turbo矫正治疗深覆[牙合]的效果

摘　　要：目的探讨种植支抗钉(TADs)联合固定式平面导板(Bite Turbo)矫正治疗深覆[牙合]的效果。方法36例口腔科深覆[牙合]患者随机分为观察组、对照1组和对照2组,每组各12例。观察组使用TADs联合Bite Turbo治疗,对照1组应用TADs,对照2组使用Bite Turbo。比较三组深覆[牙合]咬合打开的临床效果,测量分析每组咬合打开前后的研究模型及X线片。结果观察组咬合完全打开需要平均3.2个月,覆盖平均减小3.63 mm;对照1组咬合完全打开需要平均4.8个月,覆盖平均减小3.44 mm;对照2组咬合完全打开需要平均5.1个月,覆盖平均减小3.51 mm;两个对照组与观察组的差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);两个对照组之间差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论TADs联合Bite Turbo矫正治疗深覆[牙合],咬合打开具有快速、高效、舒适、便捷等明显优势。Objective To investigate the effect of orthodontic treatment of deep overbite with temporary anchorage devices(TADs)combined with Bite Turbo.Methods Thirty-six patients with deep overbite were randomly divided into observation group,control group 1 and control group 2,with 12 cases in each group.Observation group was treated with TADs combined with Bite Turbo,control group 1 was treated with TADs,and control group 2 was treated with Bite Turbo.The clinical effects of occlusal opening of deep overbite in three groups were compared,and the study models and X-ray films before and after occlusal opening in each group were measured and analyzed.Results In the observation group,it took an average of 3.2 months for the occlusion to be fully opened,and the average coverage decreased by 3.63 mm.In the control group 1,it took an average of 4.8 months for the occlusion to be completely opened,and the coverage was reduced by 3.44 mm on average.Control group 2 required an average of 5.1 months for complete occlusion,and the average coverage decreased by 3.51 mm.There were statistically significant differences between the two control groups and the observation group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion TADs combined with Bite Turbo for orthodontic treatment of deep overbite has obvious advantages of fast,efficient,comfortable and convenient occlusion opening.
