摘 要:防化医学是一门研究化学武器损伤及其防治措施的学科,是军事医学重要组成部分,其核心教学内容是军用毒剂中毒伤员的临床表现、诊断及救治。以病例为基础的学习(case based learning,CBL)模式是近年来出现的建立在病例病情讨论基础上的全新教学模式,是问题式学习(PBL)模式的发展和创新。CBL教学方式十分灵活,主要以临床病例为基础。以临床问题为切入口的小组讨论式教学法,在临床医学教学中已被广泛采用。文章结合自身在防化医学课程教学中实施CBL教学的经验,探讨CBL教学模式的优势、意义、难点及局限性,以期对后续防化医学教学提供有益的经验和借鉴。"Chemical Defense Medicine", the study of chemical weapon damage and its prevention and treatment measures, is an important part of military medicine. The core content of the course is the clinical manifestations, diagnosis, and treatment of victims poisoned by warfare agents. The case-based learning(CBL) is a brand-new teaching mode based on the discussion of cases, and is seen as the development and innovation of the mode of problem-based learning(PBL). CBL mode is mainly based on clinical cases, and thus very flexible. Moreover, the group discussion teaching method has been widely used in clinical medicine teaching, with clinical problems as the starting point. Based on their own teaching experience in implementing CBL mode in the course of "Chemical Defense Medicine", the authors explored the advantages, implications, difficult points, and limitations of CBL teaching mode, providing reference for subsequent teaching in chemical defense medicine.
