摘　　要：文中面向山区线塔运输作业开发了一套大型无人直升机运输系统,该系统以500 kg大型无人直升机作为飞行平台,搭载超视距自主导航模块、无线图像传输模块、电磁吊运投放模块,单次飞行可以携带200 kg有效载荷进运输投放作业,无需人工干预,降低山区飞行的人员风险。2019年12月在浙江温州山区成功执行了飞行作业。结果表明,使用大型无人直升机在山区吊运钢结构组件,可将塔架运输的周期从数月缩短至1周以内,大幅缩短工程周期,节省运输成本。A large-scale unmanned helicopter transport system is developed for mountain tower transport operation.The system uses a 500 kg large unmanned helicopter as a flight platform,and is also equipped with an over-the-horizon autonomous navigation module,a wireless image transmission module and an electromagnetic lifting and releasing module.It can carry 200 kg of payload into and release in a single flight without manual intervention,thus reducing the safety risks of personnel involved in mountain flight.
