摘　　要：探讨基于个案管理的家庭运动干预对前列腺癌内分泌治疗患者癌因性疲乏和负性情绪的影响.选取2019年1月~2019年10月在江苏省南通市肿瘤医院接受内分泌治疗的前列腺癌患者100例,用随机数表法分为实验组和对照组,每组各50例.实验组在常规内分泌治疗护理的基础上进行基于个案管理的家庭运动干预,对照组接受常规内分泌治疗护理.比较两组干预前后癌因性疲乏得分及焦虑、抑郁情绪情况.实验组癌因性疲乏各维度得分及焦虑和抑郁得分均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).基于个案管理的家庭运动干预能有效缓解前列腺癌内分泌治疗患者的癌因性疲乏,改善患者负性情绪.The paper explored the effect of family exercise intervention based on case management on cancer-related fatigue and negative emotions in patients with prostate cancer undergoing endocrine therapy.A total of 100 patients with prostate cancer who received endocrine therapy in Nantong Tumor Hospital of Jiangsu Province from January 2019 to October 2019 were selected and were randomly divided into experimental group and control group with 50 cases in each group by random number table.On the basis of routine endocrine therapy and nursing,the experimental group received family exercise intervention based on case management,while the control group received routine endocrine therapy nursing.The scores of cancer-related fatigue,anxiety and depression were compared between the two groups before and after intervention.The scores of all dimensions of cancer-related fatigue and the scores of anxiety and depression in the experimental group were lower than those in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Family exercise intervention based on case management can effectively alleviate cancer-related fatigue and improve negative emotions of prostate cancer patients undergoing endocrine therapy.
