摘 要:药源微生物作为微生物药物的生产菌种,其性状好坏直接关系到目标产物的产量与品质,对药物的高效率制备极其重要.因此,药源微生物菌种在生物制药中占据着重要地位.药源微生物的育种技术已从常规的自然育种发展到诱变育种、原生质体融合育种及基因工程育种,改良甚至改变菌种遗传特性,大大提高了药源微生物育种的效果.文章针对药源微生物遗传育种的技术方法,结合各种育种技术的理论机理及应用,简要概括了国内外对药源微生物遗传育种技术的研究概况,并对其发展前景进行了展望.As the production strain of microbial drugs,the traits of medicinal source microorganisms were directly related to the yield and quality of the target products,which was very important for the high efficiency production of the desired drugs,therefore,medicinal source microorganisms played a key role in biopharmaceuticals.The breeding technology of medicinal source microorganisms was developed from conventional natural breeding to mutation breeding,protoplast fusion breedingand genetic engineering breeding,which improved strains and even changed the genetic characteristics of the,greatly enhancing the effect of breeding.Based on the technical methods of genetic breeding of medicinal source microorganisms,combined with theoretical mechanism and application of various breeding techniques,the research on genetic breeding of medicinal source microorganisms at home and abroad was briefly summarized,and the development prospect was forecasted as well.
