信息资源共享环境下高校档案管理共享与共建研究

摘　　要：信息化社会建设进程持续推进,我国各行业和领域对信息资源的需求也随之不断提高。高校档案作为现阶段国内现行较大的资源存储和管理介体,如何在信息资源共享环境下实现高校档案管理共享与共建,成为全社会着重关注的话题。本文针对现阶段高校档案管理共享与共建存在的责任主体与统一规划缺失、信息资源缺乏标准化体系的约束、档案管理专业技术人才资源不足等问题,提出了针对性解决策略。The construction process of informatized society continues to advance, and the demand for information resources in various industries in China is also increasing. When university archives become the large resource storage and management medium in China at the present stage, how to realize the sharing and co-construction of university archives management in the environment of information resources sharing has become a topic with big concern by the whole society. Aiming at the problems in the sharing and co-construction of university archives management such as the lack of responsibility subject and unified planning, the lack of restriction of standardization system to information resources and the shortage of professional technical personnel resources in archives management, this paper puts forward some countermeasures.
