欧卡牌团体心理活动对援鄂期间护士情绪 睡眠质量及心理弹性的影响

摘　　要：目的探讨欧卡牌团体心理活动对援鄂期间护士负性情绪、睡眠质量及心理弹性的影响。方法对158名援鄂护士采用病人健康问卷、广泛性焦虑障碍量表进行筛查,将2个量表评分均>7分的护士(54名)按个人意愿分为两组,研究组(29名)参与欧卡牌团体心理活动,对照组(25名)未参与欧卡牌团体心理活动,观察2周。干预前后采用病人健康问卷、广泛性焦虑障碍量表、心理弹性量表、失眠严重程度指数量表评定干预效果。结果干预后研究组病人健康问卷、广泛性焦虑障碍量表、失眠严重程度指数量表评分较干预前显著降低(P<0.01),且显著低于对照组(P<0.01),心理弹性量表总分及坚韧、乐观因子分较干预前显著升高(P<0.01),且显著高于对照组(P<0.01);对照组干预前后上述量表评分比较差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论援鄂期间护士存在不同程度的焦虑、抑郁情绪及失眠问题,总体心理弹性欠佳,欧卡牌团体心理活动能有效改善其焦虑、抑郁情绪及失眠问题,提高其心理弹性。Objective To explore the effects of OH cards group psychological activity on nurses'negative emotion,sleep and mental resilience during the outbreak of COVID-19.Methods A total of 158 nurses were screened by patient health questionnaire-9(PHQ-9)and generalized anxiety disorde-7(GAD-7).The nurses(54 cases)who scored more than 7 on both scales were divided into two groups according to their personal wishes.The study group(29 cases)participated in OH cards group psychological activity,while the control group(25 cases)did not participate in OH cards group psychological activity,and the intervention lasted foR2 weeks.PHQ-9,GAD-7,Connor-Davidson resilience scale(CD-RISC)and insomnia severity index(ISI)were used to evaluate the intervention effect before and after the intervention.Results After intervention,PHQ-9,GAD-7 and ISI scores in the study group were significantly lower than those before the intervention(P<0.01),and significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.01).CD-RISC total score,tenacity factor score and optimism factor score were significantly higher than those before intervention(P<0.01),and significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.01).There was no significant difference in the scores of the above scales before and after intervention in the control group(P>0.05).Conclusions The nurses assisting Hubei during the outbreak of COVID-19 have different degrees of anxiety,depression and insomnia,and their mental resilience is generally poor.OH cards group psychological activity can effectively improve their anxiety,depression and insomnia,and improve their mental resilience.
