应对方式在传染科护士自我效能感与职业成功间的中介效应

摘　　要：目的采用结构方程模型探讨传染科护士的应对方式在自我效能感与职业成功间的中介效应。方法选取16所医院681名传染科护士,采用一般资料问卷、一般自我效能感量表、简易应对方式问卷和职业成功量表进行问卷调查。结果Pearson相关分析结果显示,传染科护士职业成功与自我效能感、积极应对呈正相关(P<0.01),与消极应对呈负相关(P<0.01);积极应对方式在传染科护士自我效能感与职业成功间具有部分中介效应,占总效应的比值为21.58%,消极应对方式在自我效能感与职业成功间中介作用不显著。结论积极应对方式在传染科护士的自我效能感与职业成功的关系中起部分中介作用,护理管理者及传染科护士应重视这一中介效应,同时还需注意提升自我效能感和采取积极应对方式是促进传染科护士职业成功的有效途径。Objective Structural equation model was used to explore the mediating effect of coping style between self-efficacy and career success.Methods A total of 681 infectious disease nurses from 16 hospitals were selected and investigated with general information questionnaire,general self-efficacy scale,simplified coping style questionnaire and career success scale.Result Pearson correlation analysis showed that career success was positively correlated with self-efficacy and positive response(P<0.01),and negatively correlated with negative response(P<0.01).Positive coping style had some mediating effect between self-efficacy and career success of nurses in infectious department,accounting for 21.58%of the total effect,and negative coping style had no significant mediating effect between self-efficacy and career success.Conclusion Positive coping style plays a partial mediating role in the relationship between self-efficacy and career success of nurses in infectious diseases department,and nursing managers should pay attention to this mediating effect.Enhancing self-efficacy and adopting positive coping style are effective ways to promote the career success of nurses in infectious diseases department.
