老年骨折患者照顾者与护士的合作水平研究

摘　　要：目的调查住院老年髋部骨折患者的家庭照顾者与护士合作现状并分析影响因素,为制定促进二者合作策略提供指导和借鉴。方法2019年11月至2020年8月选取上海市某医院411例老年髋部骨折患者及家庭照顾者,采用患者及照顾者一般资料调查表、家庭合作量表进行调查。结果老年髋部骨折患者的家庭照顾者与护士合作得分为(103.98±10.62)分,照顾者婚姻状况、照顾患者感到无能为力影响老年髋部骨折患者家庭照顾者与护士合作水平(P<0.01或P<0.05)。结论住院老年髋部骨折患者的家庭照顾者与护士合作处于中等水平,医护人员应关注离婚或分居、丧偶和无能为力感程度较重的家庭照顾者,尽早识别合作需求,以便采取针对性改进策略。Objective To investigate the current status of collaboration between family caregivers and nurses in hospitalized elderly patients with hip fracture and the influential factors were analyzed to provide references for the development of strategies to promote the collaboration between the caregivers and nurses.Methods A total of 411 elderly patients and caregivers with hip fractures sampled from a hospital in Shanghai from November 2019 to August 2020 were investigated by using the general characteristic questionnaire of elderly patients and family caregivers,the Chinese family collaboration scale.Results The score of collaboration between family caregivers and nurses for elderly patients with hip fracture was(103.98±10.62),and the level of collaboration between family caregivers and nurses was affected by the marital status of caregivers and the feeling of helplessness of caregivers(P<0.01 or P<0.05).Conclusion The collaboration between family caregivers and nurses for hospitalized elderly patients with hip fractures was moderate.Medical staff should pay attention to divorced or separated,widowed and powerless family caregivers and identify the need for collaboration as early as possible so that targeted improvement strategies can be adopted.
