丙戊酸镁联合拉莫三嗪治疗癫痫患者的效果及安全性

摘　　要：目的分析针对癫痫患者采用丙戊酸镁联合拉莫三嗪治疗的临床效果。方法选取本院收治的80例患有癫痫疾病的患者纳入研究对象,时间为2017年9月至2019年9月,将其随机分成两组,每组40例,常规组患者采用丙戊酸镁治疗,试验组患者在丙戊酸镁治疗的基础上联合拉莫三嗪治疗。观察两组患者的临床疗效和服用药物的安全性。结果试验组患者的治疗总有效率和不良反应发生率分别为95.00%和5.00%,优于常规组的80.00%和20.00%,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组患者治疗后的生活质量均较治疗前显著改善,试验组患者的生活质量优于常规组,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论丙戊酸镁联合拉莫三嗪可有效提高癫痫患者的治疗效果,同时也可减少患者由于服用药物后产生的不良反应。Objective To analyze the clinical situation of epilepsy patients treated with magnesium valproate combined with lamotrigine.Methods A total of 80 patients with epilepsy admitted to our hospital from September 2017 to September 2019 were randomly divided into two groups,40 patients in each group.The conventional group were treated with magnesium valproate,and the experimental group were treated with lamotrigine on the basis of magnesium valproate.The clinical efficacy and safety of the two groups were observed.Results The total effective rate and the incidence of adverse reactions in the experimental group were 95.00%and 5.00%respectively,which were better than 80.00%and 20.00%in the conventional group.The difference between the two groups was significant(P<0.05).The quality of life in the experimental group was better than that in the conventional group,and the difference between the two groups was significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Magnesium valproate combined with lamotrigine can effectively improve the therapeutic effect of epilepsy patients,but also reduce the adverse reactions caused by taking drugs.
