口腔修复镶牙治疗后疼痛的治疗及护理干预

摘　　要：目的分析口腔修复镶牙治疗后疼痛的治疗及护理干预。方法选取2018年4月至2019年6月在我院接受治疗的100例口腔修复镶牙后疼痛的患者进行研究,在其出现疼痛情况后立刻采取治疗措施,并进行合理的护理干预,随后使用视觉模拟量表(VAS)评价护理前后疼痛等级,记录各等级人数,同时使用生活质量量表(QOL)评价生活质量,并记录护理期间不良反应发生情况。结果疼痛等级评价结果,护理前,多数患者疼痛等级在3、4级,护理后则集中在1、2级,护理后疼痛等级明显降低(P<0.05);生活质量评价结果,护理后,生活质量评分明显升高(P<0.05);不良反应发生情况,护理期间仅有少数患者出现不良反应,并未造成不利影响。结论对于口腔修复镶牙治疗后疼痛患者,只要针对性采取治疗方案和护理干预措施,就能明显缓解患者的疼痛,改善其生活质量,并降低恢复周期内不良反应发生率,对于患者牙齿健康的恢复具有积极意义,应用价值较高。Objective To analyze the treatment and nursing intervention of pain after oral prosthodontic treatment.Methods A total of 100 cases of pain after oral prostheses were treated in our hospital from April 2018 to June 2019 were studied.Immediately after the pain occurred,measures were taken to treat the pain and reasonable nursing intervention was carried out.The VAS pain score was then used to evaluate the pain level before and after care,record the number of people at each level,and use the QOL quality of life score scale to evaluate the quality of life and record the occurrence of adverse reactions during the care cycle.Results According to the results of the pain level evaluation,most patients with pain level 3 or 4 before care,and after care,they were concentrated in levels 1 and 2,and the post-care pain level was significantly reduced(P<0.05).According to the results of the quality of life evaluation,after care,The quality of life score was significantly higher(P<0.05).According to the occurrence of adverse reactions,only a few patients at the nursing stage had adverse reactions and did not cause adverse effects.Conclusion For patients with pain symptoms after oral prosthodontic treatment,targeted treatment programs and nursing interventions can significantly relieve pain,improve quality of life,and reduce the incidence of adverse reactions during the recovery cycle.It has positive significance for the recovery of the patient's tooth health and its application value is higher.
