摘　　要：目的研究微生物检验在医院感染监控工作中的应用效果。方法154例住院患者,根据医院感染干预不同分为研究组和对照组,每组77例。对照组患者由负责医师直接进行感染治疗等工作,研究组患者在接受微生物检验后再行感染治疗。比较两组患者医院感染情况。结果研究组未感染率33.76%、轻度感染率42.86%均高于对照组的15.58%、20.78%,中度感染19.48%、重度感染率3.90%均低于对照组的48.06%、15.58%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论将微生物检验应用在医院感染监控工作中能够有效降低患者的院内感染几率,在检验后及时发现问题,应对问题,有效切断传播途径,做好消毒与隔离处理,并对结果进行监测,在提高重症感染救治成功率方面具有重要的指导作用,值得临床进一步应用。Objective To study the effect of microbiological examination in hospital infection control.Methods A total of 154 inpatients were divided into research group and control group according to different hospital infection interventions,with 77 cases in each group.Patients in the control group received direct antiinfection treatment by the physician in charge,and patients in the research group received anti-infective treatment after receiving microbiological testing.The nosocomial infections of the two groups were compared.Results The non infection rate 33.76%and mild infection rate 42.86%in the research group were higher than 15.58%and 20.78%in the control group,and the moderate infection rate 19.48%and severe infection rate 3.90%were lower than 48.06%and 15.58%in the control group.All the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of microbiological examination in hospital infection control can effectively reduce the nosocomial infection rate,find out the problem in time after examination,deal with the problem,effectively cut off the transmission route,do disinfection and isolation count well,and monitor the results,which has an important guiding role in improving the success rate of critical infection treatment and is worthy of further clinical application.
