摘 要:研究旨在筛选高效降解呕吐毒素(deoxynivalenol,DON)的菌株并将其应用在饲料发酵中。以苯基环氧乙烷为唯一碳源,筛选DON降解菌株,获得高效降解菌BL-14,结合形态学和分子生物学方法对该菌株进行鉴定,其16S rDNA与贝莱斯芽孢杆菌(Bacilus velezensis)相似度达99.43%。该菌在1μg/mL的DON浓度下摇瓶发酵16 h对DON降解率达82.63%,其在生长阶段可耐受DON。与筛选出的另外两株DON脱除率为28.50%和30.29%的乳酸菌(NJ8、RS1)协同发酵饲料原料,将饲料原料中污染的DON从3.81 mg/kg降到1.39 mg/kg,DON降解率达63.52%,并产生乳酸35 g/L。在饲料中添加贝莱斯芽孢杆菌BL-14和乳酸菌NJ8、RS1可以有效地去除其中的呕吐毒素,同时将其发酵成适口性好、营养丰富的发酵饲料。The purpose of this study was to screen the strains that could efficiently degrade deoxynivalenol(DON)and apply in feed fermentation.By using phenyl ethylene oxide as the only carbon source to screen the DON degrading strain,the highly efficient degrading strain BL-14 was obtained.Combining with morphological and molecular biological methods,the 16S rDNA of the strain was 99.43%similar to Bacilus velezensis.The degradation rate of DON reached 82.63%,when the strain was fermented in 1μg/mL of DON in 16 h,and the strain could tolerate DON in the growth stage.By co-fermentation with other two strains of lactic acid bacteria which DON removal rates were 28.50% and 30.29%,respectively the DON contaminated in feed materials was reduced from 3.81 mg/kg to 1.39 mg/kg,and the degradation rate of DON reached 63.52%,and produced lactic acid 35 g/L.Adding Bacilus velezensis BL-14 and lactic acid bacteria NJ 8 and RS 1 to the feed materials could effectively remove DON and ferment it into a palatable and nutritious fermented feed.
