摘　　要：通过对无锡市2010~2020年卫生适宜技术推广工作探索实践的回顾分析,总结适宜技术推广工作发展历程和工作模式,对推广技术进行分类统计分析;总结适宜技术项目筛选、"三段式"推广、激励保障机制、质量保障体系等实践经验。针对健康形势变化,对卫生适宜技术推广工作提出六项对策思路,为持续推进卫生适宜技术推广工作提供参考。Based on the retrospective analysis of the exploration and practice of health appropriate technology promotion in Wuxi City from 2010 to 2020,the development process and working mode of appropriate technology promotion were summarized,the promotion technology was analyzed with classified statistical method.And the practical experiences of appropriate technology were summarized in project screening,"Three-stage"promotion,incentive and guarantee mechanism,and quality assurance system.According to the changes of health situation,six countermeasures were put forward to provide reference for continuously advancing the promotion of appropriate health technologies.
