后疫情时代闽台高校联合培养人才项目线上教学反思

摘　　要：闽台高校联合培养人才项目开创了两岸教育人才培养的新模式,在引进优质教育资源、深化两岸青年交流和融合发展等方面取得了积极的成效。在新冠肺炎疫情及两岸关系等因素的叠加影响下,文章从人才培养目标、过程、师资、课程、实践、质量6方面对闽台高校联合培养人才项目进行分析和反思,旨在为后疫情时代寻求两岸合作办学拓展更宽广的合作空间。The joint talent training project of Fujian and Taiwan colleges and universities has created a new mode of talent training in cross-strait education, and achieved positive results in introducing high-quality educational resources, deepening the exchanges and integrated development of youth across the Taiwan Straits. Under the superimposed influence of epidemic situation and cross-strait relations, the paper analyzes and reflects on the joint talent training project of Fujian and Taiwan colleges and universities from six aspects of talent training objectives, process,teachers, curriculum, practice, and quality of talent training, and puts forward hope for cross-strait cooperation in running schools in the post-epidemic era.
