摘  要:目的尝试模拟直肠脱垂的病理解剖特点建立巴马小型猪的直肠脱垂模型,初步探讨运用巴马小型猪建立直肠脱垂动物模型的适用性以及研究中存在的问题,为直肠脱垂动物模型的不断完善提供研究积累。方法6只6月龄雄性健康巴马小型猪,随机分为2组,复合因素组(手术操作+病因)、单因素组(手术操作),观察两组动物术后脱出情况。结果复合因素组2只巴马小型猪出现轻度脱垂,1只出现黏膜轻度外翻,3只均死亡。单因素组3只仅见肛门部隆起。结论巴马小型猪可以建立适合试验研究的直肠脱垂模型,然单纯模拟直肠脱垂病理解剖学特点不能完全导致巴马小型猪直肠脱垂。直肠脱垂不是一种单纯的局部病变,局部肠管脱垂与全身因素密切相关。Objective This paper attempts to simulate the pathological and anatomical characteristics of rectal prolapse,establish the rectal prolapse model of Bama miniature pig,and preliminarily explore the applicability of using Bama miniature pig to establish RP animal model and the problems existing in the research,so as to provide research accumulation for the continuous improvement of rectal prolapse animal model.Methods Six 6-month-old male healthy Bama miniature pigs were randomly divided into two groups:compound factor group(operation+etiology)and single factor group(operation).The postoperative prolapse of the two groups was observed.Results In the compound factor group,2 Bama miniature pigs had mild prolapse,1 had mild valgus of mucosa,and 3 died.Only anal eminence was seen in 3 rats in the single factor group.Conclusion Bama miniature pig can establish a rectal prolapse model suitable for experimental research,but simply simulating the pathological and anatomical characteristics of rectal prolapse can not completely lead to rectal prolapse in Bama miniature pig.Rectal prolapse is not a simple local lesion.Local intestinal prolapse is closely related to systemic factors.
