高校实验教师队伍建设与激励策略研究

摘　　要：在新工科、"双一流"建设背景下,实验教师队伍成为创新人才培养、学校建设的重要力量,同时对实验教师提出了更高的要求。文章通过对东北地区部分理工高校实验教师队伍现状进行分析,指出实验教师队伍建设与管理存在的主要问题,提出加强高校实验教师队伍建设策略和激励机制,发挥实验教师队伍作用,提高实验教学质量。Under the background of"new engineering"and"double first-class"construction,the experimental teacher team has become an important force in the cultivation of innovative talents and school construction,and at the same time puts forward higher requirements and challenges for experimental teachers.This paper analyzes the status quo of experimental teachers in some technological universities in northeast China,points out the main problems in the construction and management of experimental teachers,and proposes strategies and incentive mechanisms to strengthen the construction of experimental teachers in colleges and universities,in order to give full play to the role of experimental teachers,and improve the quality of experimental teaching.
