摘 要:公立医院行业特殊,一直以来就存在“重医疗,轻财务”的弊端。在医改背景下,公立医院发展面临重大挑战,对于财务管理的要求也显著提高。财务人员是医院财务管理工作的直接实施者,对财务人员的管理将直接影响医院财务部门的工作效率和管理水平,进而影响整个医院的发展。本文以襄阳市中医医院为例,通过对公立医院财务人员的管理现状进行分析,提出了改善公立医院财务人员管理现状的建议,以期为公立医院的运营发展提供有益的参考。The public hospital industry is special,and it has always been the malpractice of"paying more attention to medical treatment than to finance".Under the background of medical reform,the development of public hospitals is facing major challenges,and the requirements for financial management are also significantly improved.Financial personnel are the direct implementation of hospital financial management,the management of financial personnel will directly affect the efficiency and level of hospital financial department,and then affect the development of the whole hospital.Taking Xiangyang Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital as an example,this paper analyzes and discusses the management status of financial personnel in public hospitals,and puts forward suggestions to improve the management status of financial personnel in public hospitals,and aims to provide useful reference for the operation and development of public hospitals.
