摘  要:GMC-96B型钢轨打磨列车B车在55~72 km/h的应用速度范围内运行,司机室会出现持续的、剧烈的垂向异常振动现象。在京广线郑州南—许昌对原型车进行轴箱、转向架构架、车体和司机室垂向振动加速度测试试验,B车司机室坐椅附近垂向振动加速度和平稳性指标不满足标准要求。进一步分析测试数据,掌握了B车振动特点及振动在轴箱—构架—车体—司机室传递关系,结合转向架相对摩擦系数测定和解体检查,找出异常振动发生的主要原因,并提出相应的改进优化方案。经过对B原型车2种方案的改进优化并先后在正线上加以测试验证,结果表明司机室垂向振动加速度值和平稳性指标满足标准要求,异常振动消失。The driver’s cab of the Car B will experience continuous and severe vertical abnormal vibration when type GMC-96B Railgrinding train runs within the application speed range of 55~72 km/h.The prototype car was tested for the vertical vibration accelera⁃tion of the axle box,bogie frame,car body and cab between Zhengzhou South—Xuchang on Beijing-Guangzhou Line.The test results show the vertical vibrating acceleration and ride index near the seat of the car B’s cab can’t meet the standard requirements.Further analysis of testing data,which reveals characteristics and the vibration transmission relations among the axle box-frame-car body-driver’s cab,are combined with the measurement of the relative friction coefficient and the disassembly inspection of the bogie to find out the main reason for the abnormal vibration and put forward the corresponding improvement and optimization method.After the improvement and optimization of the two schemes of the prototype car B,the result of tests carried out in operating lines verifies that the vertical vi⁃bration acceleration and ride index in the driver’s cabin meet the standard requirements and the abnormal vibration disappears.
