摘 要:文中主要根据长春轻轨三期车辆原有牵引逆变器的技术特点以及存在的问题,针对性提出了改造后轻轨车辆牵引逆变器自主化研制方案,并开展了装车后的线路型式试验工作。该改造方案在保障车辆运行安全、可靠的基础上,采用模块化设计理念,全面提升检修效率,为促进公司在牵引逆变器检修技术、检修手段等方面发展搭建了新平台。目前,装有改造方案牵引逆变器的车辆已完成全部型式试验工作,并于长春轨道交通3号线路开始载客运营,性能稳定,满足车辆检修设计需求。In this paper,based on the technical characteristics and existing problems of the original traction inverter of the third phase Changchun light rail vehicles,an independent development scheme of the reformed traction inverter for light rail vehicles was put for⁃ward.Moreover,the field type test was carried out.On the basis of ensuring the safety and reliability of vehicle operation,the retrofit scheme adopted the modular design in order to improve the maintenance efficiency comprehensively,and set up a new platform for the company to promote the development of overhaul technology and means for traction inverters.At present,the vehicle equipped with the overhauled traction inverter has completed all type tests and has been put into operation successfully on Changchun Rail Transit Line 3 with stable performance,which satisfies the design requirements of vehicle maintenance.
