摘 要:公立医院作为我国医疗卫生服务的核心载体,承载着人民群众对健康生活和更高质量医疗服务的美好追求。公立医院薪酬制度是医院对医务人员工薪酬制定及分配的具体方式,是调动医务人员积极性,保证优质医疗服务质量的基础,完善和优化公立医院薪酬制度,是我国医疗体制改革的重要内容之一。该研究对我国公立医院薪酬制度的变迁及构成进行了回顾,在此基础上探讨公立医院薪酬制度改革现存的部分问题及改革的必要性,在政府的财政投入、政策扶持、优化公立医院薪酬结构等方面提出相应对策,旨在为进一步完善公立医院薪酬制度设计和方案制定提供参考。As the core carrier of China's medical and health services,public hospitals carry the people's pursuit of a healthy life and higher quality medical services.The remuneration system of public hospitals is a specific way for hospitals to formulate and allocate salaries to medical staff.It is the basis for mobilizing the enthusiasm of medical staff,ensuring the quality of high-quality medical services,and improving and optimizing the salary system of public hospitals.It is one of the important contents of China's medical system reform.This study reviews the changes and composition of the salary system in public hospitals in China.On this basis,it discusses some of the existing problems in the reform of the salary system in public hospitals and the necessity of the reform.Put forward corresponding countermeasures in terms of government financial investment,policy support,and optimization of the salary structure of public hospitals.It aims to provide a reference for further improving the salary system design and plan formulation of public hospitals.
