摘　　要：我国中小学公共卫生管理工作一直都是教育部与卫生部所关注的重点问题。自从改革开放以来,我国针对中小学校公共卫生管理提出了一系列的政策要求,学校卫生工作的法规制度与政策要求有效促进了中小学校公共卫生工作的合理化、法制化。但目前由于传染病防控体系相对薄弱、学校缺乏对学生的卫生教育、卫生教育组织机构不健全、饮食水和食品卫生缺乏管理等问题严重影响了中小学校公共卫生管理,不但影响了学生的健康,也暴露出了目前中小学校卫生管理工作存在的各种问题。基于此,该文主要分析中小学校公共卫生管理的问题,并提出有效的管理对策,为推进中小学校健康教育管理机制的有效性,真正提高学生的身体素质发展提供参考。The public health management of primary and secondary schools in our country has always been a key issue that the ministry of education and the ministry of health pay attention to.Since the reform and opening up,China has put forward a series of policy requirements for public health management in primary and secondary schools.The regulations and policy requirements for school health work have effectively promoted the rationalization and legalization of public health work in primary and secondary schools.However,due to the relatively weak infectious disease prevention and control system,the lack of health education for students in schools,the incomplete health education organization,and the lack of management of drinking water and food hygiene,the public health management of primary and secondary schools has been seriously affected.This situation not only affects the health of students,but also exposes various problems in the current hygiene management of primary and secondary schools.Based on this,this article mainly analyzes the problems of public health management in primary and secondary schools,and proposes effective management countermeasures,it provides a reference for promoting the effectiveness of the management mechanism of health education in primary and secondary schools and truly improving the development of students'physical fitness.
