摘 要:电力电子器件的不断开发促进了电力电子变流技术迅速发展。为了减小高速电机功率变换系统的谐波,文章研究了三相电压型脉冲宽度调制(PWM)可控整流器,分析了PWM可控整流器的电路结构和工作原理,建立了PWM可控整流器的数学模型,设计了三相电压型PWM可控整流器的控制器,并对PWM可控整流器系统进行了仿真研究,仿真结果验证了控制器设计的有效性。The continuous development of power electronic devices has promoted the rapid development of power electronic converter technology. In order to reduce the harmonics of the high-speed motor power conversion system, the three-phase voltage source pulse width modulation(PWM) controllable rectifier is studied in this paper. The circuit structure and the principle of the PWM controllable rectifier are analyzed, the mathematical model is established.The controller of the three-phase voltage-source PWM controllable rectifier is designed, and the PWM controllable rectifier system is simulated.The simulation results verify the effectiveness of the controller design.
