摘 要:牙列拥挤和牙齿前突是正畸临床常见的错畸形,常为患者求治的主要原因。对于严重拥挤及前突的患者,通常采用拔牙矫治获得间隙解除拥挤及前突。然而,对于轻度拥挤及前突的临界病例,是否拔牙矫治是患者和医生面临抉择的主要问题。近年来,随着种植体支抗的发展与成熟,微螺钉种植体辅助全牙列整体远移成为临床医生解除轻度拥挤及前突的重要选择。Crowdedness and protrusion of teeth and archs are the most common malocclusions in orthodontics, being the main reasons for patients to seek treatment. For patients with severe crowdedness and/or protrusion, teeth extractions are usually used to get space. However, for the borderline cases who are of mild crowdedness and/or protrusion, an extraction plan may not be the best choice. In recent years, with the development of implant anchorage, miniscrew implant-assisted dentition distalization has become a good choice to relieve mild crowdedness and protrusion for many clinicians and patients. In this paper, the indications, biomechanical mechanism and the orthodontic effects of miniscrew implant anchorage in assisting total dentition were reviewed.
