我国职业农民培训研究的特征与趋势——基于CiteSpace的文献计量分析

摘　　要：开展职业农民培训是推动农村发展、提升农民整体素质的重要途径,是建设社会主义新农村的迫切需要,也是落实乡村振兴战略的一项重要实践。文章以中国知网收录的2006—2021年关于我国职业农民培训的相关核心期刊文献为研究对象,运用文献计量分析方法和知识图谱技术对我国职业农民培训研究的总体态势、演进趋势与研究热点进行详实分析。研究结果表明,关于我国职业农民培训的相关研究经历了由起步探索到逐步上升,再到趋于平稳的趋势,近年来更加注重模型构建。概念内涵研究、影响因素研究、发展困境研究、培育路径研究、国际经验启示研究等研究热点逐步显现。基于此,文章针对我国职业农民培训研究的现状,提出了研究展望。Carrying out professional farmer training is an important way to promote rural development and improve the overall quality of farmers.It is an important practice to implement the rural revitalization strategy and it makes great contributions to the building of a new socialist countryside.This article takes the relevant CNKI core journals on professional farmer training from 2006 to 2021 as the research object,and uses bibliometrics and knowledge graph technology to give a detailed analysis of China’s professional farmer training with regard to the overall situation,evolution trend and research hotspots.Findings show that the related research went from preliminary exploration to a gradual increase and then stable.In recent years more attention has been paid to model building.Research hotspots such as conceptual connotation,influencing factors,development dilemma,training path,international experience and enlightenment,etc.are gradually emerging.In view of the status quo,this paper looks ahead to the professional farmer training in China.
