盐酸米诺环素与培氟沙星联合盐酸米诺环素治疗牙周炎患者的效果对比

摘　　要：目的探讨盐酸米诺环素与培氟沙星联合盐酸米诺环素治疗牙周炎患者的效果。方法随机选取2018年10月—2021年3月该院收治的60例牙周炎患者为对象,采用随机数表法分为对照组与观察组,对照组29例应用盐酸米诺环素治疗,观察组31例应用培氟沙星联合盐酸米诺环素治疗。评估并比较两组患者治疗效果,治疗前后牙周指标。结果观察组治疗总有效率为93.55%,高于对照组的72.41%,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=4.819,P<0.05);治疗后,菌斑指数(PLI)、出血指数(BI)、牙龈指数(GI)、牙周袋探诊深度(PD)均降低,且观察组PLI(0.87±0.58)分、BI(1.09±0.56)分、GI(0.83±0.58)分、PD(2.40±0.57)mm低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(t=4.138、6.547、2.741、5.429,P<0.05)。结论牙周炎应用培氟沙星联合盐酸米诺环素,可以明显改善牙周情况,治疗效果显著。Objective To investigate the effect comparison of minocycline hydrochloride and pefloxacin combined with minocycline hydrochloride in the treatment of patients with periodontitis.Methods The 60 patients with periodontitis admitted to the hospital from October 2018 to March 2021 were randomly selected as subjects,They were divided into the control group and the observation group by random number table method.29 cases in the control group were treated with minocycline hydrochloride,and 31 cases in the observation group were treated with pefloxacin combined with minocycline hydrochloride.Evaluated and compared the treatment effect of the two groups of patients,periodontal indicators before and after treatment.Results The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was 93.55%,which was higher than 72.41%in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=4.819,P<0.05).After treatment,the plaque index(PLI),bleeding index(BI),gingival index(GI),and periodontal pocket probing depth(PD)all decreased.The PLI(0.87±0.58)points,BI(1.09±0.56)points,GI(0.83±0.58)points and PD(2.40±0.57)mm of the observation group were lower than those of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(t=4.138,6.547,2.741,5.429,P<0.05).Conclusion The application of pefloxacin combined with minocycline hydrochloride for periodontitis can significantly improve the periodontal condition,and the treatment effect is remarkable.
