应用不同材料填充治疗后牙邻面龋齿的临床效果及有效性

摘　　要：目的探讨对后牙邻面龋齿患者采用不同材料进行填充治疗后获得临床效果。方法方便选取2018年1月—2020年8月该院收治的120例后牙邻面龋齿患者进行研究,随机分为A1组(松风beautifill+1bond黏结剂充填治疗)、A2组(银汞合金充填治疗)、A3组(银粉玻璃离子充填治疗)、A4组(贺利氏卡瑞司玛+Durafill釉质黏合剂充填治疗),各30例。比较4组患者治疗成功率、6个月后复诊结果。结果A1组30例患者完成治疗后,成功患者29例,失败患者1例,成功率为96.67%;A2组30例患者完成治疗后,成功患者23例,失败患者7例,成功率为76.67%;A3组30例患者完成治疗后,成功患者21例,失败患者9例,成功率为70.00%;A4组30例患者完成治疗后,成功患者18例,失败患者12例,成功率为60.00%;A1组治疗成功率高于A2组、A3组及A4组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。A1组30例患者中,表现出脱落以及磨耗患者各1例,未表现出刺激痛、继发龋现象,总计2例(6.67%);A2组30例患者中,表现出脱落患者2例、磨耗患者3例、刺激痛患者2例、继发龋患者2例,总计9例(30.00%);A3组30例患者中,表现出脱落患者4例、磨耗患者4例、刺激痛患者2例,无继发龋患者,总计10例(33.33%);A4组30例患者中,表现出脱落患者3例、磨耗患者3例、刺激痛患者3例,继发龋患者3例,总计12例(40.00%);A1组不良事件发生率低于A2组、A3组及A4组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论松风beautifill+1bond黏结剂充填疗法有效应用后,观察治疗成功率、6个月后复诊结果,均获得显著改善,可促进后牙邻面龋齿患者整体预后水平提升。Objective To investigate the clinical effect of filling with different materials in adjacent dental caries.Methods 120 patients with posterior interproximal caries treated in the hospital from January 2018 to August 2020 were conveniently selected for study.They were randomly divided into group A1(Songfeng beautifill+1bond cement filling treatment),group A2(silver amalgam filling treatment),group A3(Silver powder glass ion filling therapy)and group A4(Heraeus Karisma+Durafill enamel adhesive filling therapy),30 cases in each group.The treatment success rate of the four groups of patients and the results of follow-up visits 6 months later were compared.Results After 30 patients in group A1 completed treatment,there were 29 successful patients and 1 failed patient,with a success rate of 96.67%.After 30 patients in group A2 completed the treatment,there were 23 successful patients and 7 failed patients,with a success rate of 76.67%.After 30 patients in A3 group completed treatment,21 patients were successful and 9 patients were failed,with a success rate of 70.00%.After 30 patients in group A4 completed treatment,18 patients were successful and 12 patients were failed,with a success rate of 60.00%.The success rate of A1 group was higher than that of A2 group,A3 group and A4 group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Among the 30 patients in group A1,1 patient showed abscission and 1 patient showed attrition,showed no irritation or secondary caries,a total of 2 patients(6.67%).Among the 30 patients in group A2,2 patients showed abscission,3 patients showed attrition,2 patients showed irritation and 2 patients showed secondary caries,a total of 9 patients(30.00%).Among the 30 patients in A3 group,there were 4 patients with abruption,4 patients with attrition,2 patients showed irritation without secondary caries,a total of 10 patients(33.33%).Among the 30 patients in group A4,3 patients showed abscission,3 patients showed attrition,3 patients showed irritation and 3 patients showed secondary caries,
