摘　　要：目的探讨Onlay植骨同期行种植手术的围术期护理效果。方法方便选取2017年10月—2019年10月该院种植科50例Onlay植骨同期行种植手术的患者,随机分为对照组和观察组,各25例。对照组采取常规护理模式,观察组采取围术期护理模式。比较两种护理模式下的种植体存活率、不良反应情况和护理满意度的差异。结果观察组种植体存活率100.0%,对照组种植体存活率96.0%,两组种植体存活率差异无统计学意义(P=0.115);观察组不良反应发生率为16.0%,低于对照组的44.0%,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=4.861,P=0.027);观察组护理满意度为92.0%,明显高于对照组的64.0%,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=5.711,P=0.017);观察组治疗依从率96.0%比对照组治疗依从性68.0%更高,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=4.878,P=0.027)。结论采取围术期护理干预,可降低Onlay植骨同期行种植手术患者不良反应,提高护理满意度,成效显著。Objective To explore the perioperative nursing effect of Onlay bone grafting during the same period.Methods From October 2017 to October 2019,50 patients in the implantation department of the hospital who underwent Onlay bone grafting at the same time were conveniently selected.Randomly divided into a control group and an observation group,each with 25 cases.The control group adopted the conventional nursing mode,and the observation group adopted the perioperative nursing mode.Compared the differences in implant survival rate,adverse reactions and nursing satisfaction under the two nursing modes.Results The implant survival rate in the observation group was 100.0%,and the implant survival rate in the control group was 96.0%,there was no statistical significant difference in the implant survival rate between the two groups(P=0.115).The incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was 16.0%,which was lower than 44.0%in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=4.861,P=0.027).The nursing satisfaction in the observation group was 92.0%,which was significantly higher than the control group's 64.0%,the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=5.711,P=0.017).The treatment compliance rate of the observation group 96.0%was higher than 68.0%of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=4.878,P=0.027).Conclusion Adopting perioperative nursing intervention can reduce the adverse reactions of patients undergoing Onlay bone grafting and implant surgery at the same time,and improve nursing satisfaction.The effect is remarkable.
