摘　　要：目的:探讨认知行为干预疗法对青少年患者口腔固定正畸治疗过程中托槽脱落的影响。方法:选取2018年10月~2021年3月我院口腔正畸科进行固定正畸治疗的青少年错[牙合]畸形患者70例,随机分为实验组和对照组,各35例。对照组仅向患者和家属告知错[牙合]畸形治疗中的注意事项及正畸治疗相关知识宣教。实验组治疗前通过口腔正畸专科教育对患者及其家属进行认知行为干预,教育内容包括错[牙合]畸形的临床表现、症状、病因、发展过程、结果和治疗方法等。对比分析实验组和对照组患者托槽脱落率。结果:实验组患者正畸治疗过程中托槽脱落率明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:青少年固定正畸治疗过程中辅以认知行为干预可明显降低托槽脱落率,有望提高青少年错[牙合]畸形矫治的疗效。Objective:To investigate the effect of cognitive behavioral intervention therapy on the loss of brackets in adolescent patients during orthodontic fixation.Methods:A random sample of 70 adolescent patients undergoing fixed orthodontic treatment in the orthodontics department of our hospital from October 2018 to March 2021 were randomly divided into control group and experimental group, 35 cases each.The control group only explained the precautions in the treatment of malocclusion and the related knowledge of orthodontic treatment to the patients and their families.The experimental group conducted cognitive behavioral interventions for patients and their families through orthodontic specialist education before treatment.The content of education included the clinical manifestations, symptoms, etiology, development process, results and treatment of malocclusion, methods, etc.The bracket drop-off rate of the experimental group and the control group was statistically analyzed.Results:The rate of bracket dropout in the experimental group was significantly lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:In the process of fixed orthodontic treatment for adolescents, cognitive behavioral intervention can significantly reduce the rate of bracket loss, and it is expected to improve the curative effect of malocclusion in adolescents.
