摘 要:目的分析夫妻共同参与孕期教育对初产妇产后抑郁症的影响。方法选取2018年1月至2020年1月于本院接受孕期教育的120例初产妇,随机分为两组,各60例。对照组采取常规孕期教育,实验组采取夫妻共同参与孕期教育。比较两组产妇产后的抑郁状态(SDS)评分、生活质量、健康知识知晓率及产后抑郁症发生率。结果实验组产后SDS评分低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。实验组产后生活质量高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。实验组健康知识知晓率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。实验组抑郁发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论夫妻共同参与孕期教育有利于缓解产妇抑郁,提高产妇生活质量和对健康知识的知晓率,避免产妇产后抑郁症的发生,值得临床推广应用。Objective To analyze the influence of couples’ participation in pregnancy education on postpartum depression in primiparas.Methods 120 primiparous women who received pregnancy education from January 2018 to January 2020 in our hospital were selected and they were randomly divided into two groups, with 30 cases in each group. The control group adopted regular pregnancy education, and the experimental group adopted the couple participated in pregnancy education. The postpartum depression status(SDS) score, quality of life, awareness rate of health knowledge and incidence of postpartum depression were compared between two groups. Results The postpartum SDS score of the experimental group was lower than that of the control group, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). The postpartum quality of life in the experimental group was higher than that of the control group, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). The awareness rate of health knowledge of primiparas in the experimental group was higher than that of the control group, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). The incidence of depression in primiparas in the experimental group was lower than that in the control group, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Couples’ participation in pregnancy education is beneficial to alleviate maternal depression, improve maternal life quality and awareness of health knowledge, and avoid the occurrence of maternal depression. It is worthy of clinical promotation.
