摘  要:现有文献针对测试,尤其是在测试对教学的反拨作用和弥补教师跨学科能力方面的研究不足。交际测试强调在项目中通过团队合作在真实的环境中输出语言,锻炼学生解决实际问题的能力。因此,以交际测试驱动教师教学和学生学习的教学模式能够弥补传统的以教学驱动学生学习的缺陷,变教师主动教和学生被动学为教师指导下的学生自主学习和实践,弥补教师跨学科能力不足的缺陷,实现交际测试对教学的反拨作用,达到培养合格商务英语人才的目的。The research on test evaluation is now inadequate,and the current research mainly focuses on the training model of talents and the teaching methods of business English,and is reluctant to the study of the backwash effect of testing on teaching to make up for the lack of interdisciplinary ability of teachers.Communicative testing emphasizes that students can output language in real environment through teamwork in the project so as to train their ability to solve practical problems.Therefore,the teaching model in terms of driving teaching and learning with communicative testing can make up for the defects of traditional teaching model of driving students’learning with teachers’tells.It can transform the situation of teachers’active teaching and students’passive learning into that of students’autonomous learning and practice under the guidance of teachers to make up for the current situation of teachers’lack of interdisciplinary ability,and realize the positive backwash effect of communicative testing on teaching to achieve the purpose of training qualified business English talents.
