摘  要:通过研究三株乳酸菌的吸附特性,可知菌株EF-1,EF-3,LP-4最佳吸附pH分别为4.5,5.5和6.5,初始铅离子浓度为50mg/L,吸附时间为120min,通过益生性实验可知,三株菌株能够耐受胆盐,低pH,益生特性良好,具有较高的应用价值。The adsorption characteristics of three strains of lactic acid bacteria were studied.The optimal adsorption pH of strains EF-1,EF-3 and LP-4 were 4.5,5.5 and 6.5 respectively.The initial lead ion concentration was 50mg/L and the adsorption time was 120min.Through the probiotic experiment,it could be seen that the three strains can tolerate bile salt and low pH,shows fine probiotic specificity and have strong potential in future application.
