摘　　要：绩效考核是调动员工的工作积极性,增强企业活力的有效手段之一。以软件即服务(Software as a Service,SaaS)的系统设计理念,采用SAP NETWEAVER AS FOR ABAP技术定制化开发绩效考核系统。通过共享SAP(System Applications and Products)人力资源管理系统的组织和人事数据,基于绩效考核表单可灵活配置和评价打分动态生成等功能,有效解决大型集团型企业绩效考核难以数据化、标准化的问题。The performance appraisal is one of the effective means to arouse the enthusiasm of employees and enhance the vitality of enterprises.Based on the system design concept of SaaS(Software as a Service),this paper uses SAP NETWEAVER AS FOR ABAP technology to develop a customized performance appraisal system.Sharing the organization and personnel data of SAP(System Applications and Products)human resource management system,the system can dynamically generate flexibly configured performance appraisal form with evaluation and score,which effectively facilitate the digitizing and standardizing performance appraisal in large group enterprises.
