摘 要:传统的送料机构与冲压机构为独立机构,分别由两个传动装置去进行控制,整体结构比较复杂。为了提高生产效率,简化送料机构及冲压机构,将冲压机构和送料机构组合在一起,设计一种自动送料冲压机构,由一个机构即可实现送料及冲压功能。另外,传统的送料机构多采用凸轮机构来实现间歇运动,但是,凸轮轮廓曲线加工困难、精度难以保证,该自动送料冲压机构基于变胞机构原理可实现送料机构及冲压机构的停歇运动,使得冲压机构的设计得以简化。The traditional feeding mechanism and stamping mechanism are independent mechanisms,which are controlled by two transmission devices respectively,and the overall structure is complex.In order to improve the production efficiency,simplify the feeding mechanism and stamping mechanism,combine the stamping mechanism and feeding mechanism,and design an automatic feeding and stamping mechanism.One mechanism can realize the functions of feeding and stamping.In addition,the traditional feeding mechanism mostly uses the cam mechanism to realize the intermittent movement,but the cam contour curve processing is difficult and the accuracy is difficult to ensure.The automatic feeding and stamping mechanism can realize the intermittent movement of the feeding mechanism and stamping mechanism based on the principle of metamorphic mechanism,which simplifies the design of the stamping mechanism.
